After first becoming a representative of Farmers Insurance Group more than 25 years ago, and having taken time off to complete my degree and follow a few dreams, it is with great pride and pleasure that I’ve now established in Elburn. I look forward to

Compared to earlier years, the emphasis today is understandably on liability coverages designed to protect all we have worked so hard for. On an agency level, we’ve returned to the days of making ‘house calls.’ So many of my clients are very busy juggling careers and family, thus appreciate the extra effort. I’ve written policies at soccer practice and tumbling lessons. And actually, its fun for me too!

I’ve been in service oriented businesses my entire life. I’d always advised those I’ve worked with to show me what than can do as opposed to telling me what they’re going to do. I take that same approach with my clients. I prefer to provide service first, and then earn their business.
